The only unit we have available at the moment  is currently suitable as a workshop or storage.

It is divided into two sections. Section ‘ A’ measures 29′ x 15′ (approx.) Section ‘B’ measures 20′ x 10′ (approx)

This unit could be converted into offices if required.

The office units measures approximately 63.5 sqm (684sqft.)    (NOT AVAILABLE )

This is a warm, good sized unit with several large windows providing good natural light. In addition it has modern lighting and smoke alarms. It is carpeted throughout. This unit is suitable as offices or workshop could be let as a whole or individually to meet the clients requirements.

The units are subject to a local rates reduction to new businesses, if divided into smaller units, the rates could be nill!
